AUTUMN DETOX WATER


Drinking water is very important for our health. 6 to 8 glasses of water every day will keep you hydrated and healthy, but you don't need to drink plain water. You can add a number of things which are healthy and delicious. Detox waters have became very popular and there are many recipes. In today post I will show you my favorite recipes for autumn detox water that I found on Pinterest a few months ago. Enjoy!


HERBAL OREGANO 
1-2 stalks of rosemary
1-2 dried oregano leaves 
1/2 sliced cucumber
1 kiwi 

SWEET HERBAL APPLE 
1 sliced apple
2 orange wedges 
2 pinches rosemary
Himalayan salt

PEAR BASIL
Whole pear
2 lemon wedges
Fresh juice from 1/2 orange
Basil leaves 

CINNAMON 
1 apple sliced 
1 cinnamon stick

PUMPKIN SOUP

In my fall favorites I mentioned that I love eat pumpkin soup in autumn and I decided to write recipe here so you can also try it, in case you are not. Its very easy and fast to make. I think you guys will love this soup because its creamy, warm, simple and healthy. Enjoy! 

Ingredients
500g of pumpkin 
1 potato
2dl of water
1 onion 
2 garlic clove 
350ml of vegetable stock 
Salt and pepper
Cream (optional)

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil, then reduce heat and let simmer until pumpkin is tender. Remove from heat and blend with stick blender. Add salt and pepper and serve. Also, feel free to add cream, taste good.
